hear from them
I appreciate Cove organising community events that not only introduced me to the vibrant culture in Singapore, but also helped me to connect with other Coveys. These events have expanded my knowledge of the local scene and also enriched my social circle!
Emma
Cove has a great community if you're moving to Singapore without knowing anyone particularly. Here I've met so many people from different parts of the world, with different experiences and have become friends with them.

The Cove team is awesome! They're friendly and always quick to respond, every interaction I've had with them is met with a real sense of warmth and personality. It's a refreshing change from other co-living places I've tried! Living with Cove is great because of things like this.
Matthew
My co-living experience has been amazing, mostly because of the awesome people I've met and the fun events I've been to. Cove makes everything so easy for us, just shoot a message to the Tenant Experience team, and they sort out any problem or request super quickly and efficiently.
Anushk
Living with Cove has elevated my standard of living significantly. Everything, from how smoothly things run to the awesome room designs, screams professionalism and attention to detail. The community they've built is filled with cool people to hang out with. It's made living here way more fun and fulfilling.
Jiahao
I like the social events that Cove organized. Because I just arrived in Singapore, I don't know anyone so it's good to meet people and to get to know the country as well.
Rafael
I like the fact that Cove provides private apartments on short-term contracts for people like me, who is here to stay for 3 months. The support team is also very good and responsive.

frequently asked questions
What is the process to book a room?
After your viewing you will receive an email with a link to book a room. Click the link to complete the booking form. Once we received your completed booking form we will issue an electronic tenancy agreement and invoice. Once the invoice has been paid and agreement signed, your room is officially yours!
What do I have to pay upfront?
Your first invoice is made up of a deposit (refundable at the end of your tenancy) which is equivalent to one month's rent, your first month's rent (prorated to your move in date) and a one-off administration fee covering your setup with Cove and the condo management.
Can I view a property if I'm not in the country yet?
Absolutely! We provide virtual viewings as well so all you need to do is indicate that you'd like to do a virtual viewing when you book the viewing on our website. Our sales team will drop you a video call to show you around the home. Some of our property listings include a VR tour that looks exactly like reality so you can use this handy feature to explore the place!
Are there any house rules?
We ask that all tenants behave in a respectful manner towards each other, this includes keeping the noise down after 10pm on weekdays and 12 midnight at weekends and always informing other flatmates if you intend to have guests over. Other than that we don't have any official 'rules' but we do ask all tenants to sign up to our house rules when they rent with us which you can see on page https://cove.sg/house-rules.
What is provided when I move in?
Everything you see at the viewing is provided when you move in. All the furniture, kitchenware and in your bedroom we provide the mattress, mattress protector and two pillows with pillow protectors.
