How do I find suitable properties?

It's super easy! Just click on the «view homes» button at the top, filter according to your preferences and we will provide the most relevant places. You can also chat with our sales specialists and they'll be happy to share our available room or studio options.

How quickly can I move in?

The earliest move in date is displayed on each property listing. Many of our available rooms are open for immediate move-in and all properties are open for move in within 2 weeks of the listing status showing as «available».

Can I speak to someone at Cove?

The team are always happy to speak to you – simply drop us a Whatsapp message, email or fill up the form on the page below.

What amenities and appliances are provided in the property?

All our properties feature a TV (40”-50” wide), Chromecast, Superfast 1GB Mesh Wifi, furnishing, washing machine and comprehensive kitchenware (including fridge, crockery, cutlery, utensils and kitchen knives, pots and pans, cooking dishes, serving dishes, glassware, mugs, coffee press, kettle, toaster and hob - please check the individual listings for details of whether a microwave, oven, freezer and tumble dryer are provided). Please check individual listings for information about additional apartment amenities and condo facilities as these vary by property.

Do all your properties come furnished?

Yes, all our properties come furnished with basic necessities. At a minimum you can expect in the communal areas: sofa, coffee table, smart TV or TV with Chromecast, dining table and chairs, and kitchen appliances. In the bedrooms we provide queen sized beds in most homes, or a super single or single bed if space is limited, bedside table, bedside lamp and wardrobe. In some larger rooms we try to fit WFH friendly furniture such as a desk. All rooms also come equipped with a laundry basket, 10 hangers and an extension cord.

Can you remove the furniture if I provide my own?

We're not able to remove any of the furniture provided but if there is space in your personal bedroom you're welcome to add additional small items of furniture (as long as they don't require any fixing to the walls).

Do you allow pets?

No, unfortunately we do not currently allow pets in any of our properties.

Do you allow couples?

Couples are welcome to rent master rooms in specific properties. In properties where we feel the communal areas are large enough to accommodate an extra person we allow couples to rent master rooms (with private bathrooms only). This is to ensure there are not too many people sharing the common bathrooms. Rooms where couples are accepted are clearly indicated on our website listing pages.

Do you allow cooking?

Yes, we allow cooking in all our properties and provide all the kitchenware you need to rustle up a delicious meal. We ask that you're considerate of your flatmates and clean up shortly after using the kitchen.

Do you have rooms in HDB properties?

All of our units are private properties and we currently do not have any HDB properties.

Can I stay with Cove during my 14 days SHN (Stay-Home-Notice)?

In the interest of other Coveys' safety and wellbeing, we are not able to accommodate SHN in our homes. You can find more information about Singapore's SHN requirements here.
